As the holiday seasons approaches, it is so essential to make sure you book your on-site artists ahead of time. Many of us are booked weeks or even months ahead and while we would love to accommodate everyone, availability becomes super limited during busy season.

This allows the artist and you to align with what you are looking to achieve on-site! From style to placement and color choice, sample testing is always beneficial to do ahead of time. It allows you to make sure everything looks good and you and your client are happy with the end result.

Most events are fairly straight-forward but it is important to discuss the flow of an event. Will there be someone assisting? How will guests pick up afterwards? Is there an extra table available for guests? How will names be taken down? Is it cohesive with branding? etc. When you book early, you can discuss all these logistics and make sure it's a seamless on-site experience.
