I would love to do a large order for engraved items my event. Are you able to do this?

At this time, all sales are final with the exception of returns due to damage, defective product, or wrong item shipped. Claims for missing items or items damaged in transit must be received within 48 hours of receipt. The item(s) will be exchanged and/or a replacement sent. Shipping will not be charged for exchanged items as a result of damage, defective product or wrong item shipped.
For wrong items shipped, a pre-paid return label will be emailed for you to return the incorrect item. Once received, I will ship out the correct item.
If at any time there is a problem or you are unsatisfied with your purchase, please contact me at Hello@JJPaperieCo.com to resolve the issue within 48 hours of receiving your items. I strive to make every customer happy and your satisfaction is extremely important to me!
I ordered multiple items, will I receive them all in one package?
Items will ship together once they are all ready. If there is a significant back-order, items that are available to ship will be mailed out. You will only be responsible for shipping for your order indicated in your order.
Your purchase will be sent to the address provided at checkout. Please make sure that this address is up to date and correct before submitting your order. You will receive a notification when your order has shipped, along with tracking information.
Phone cases & non-personalized notebooks come from a separate production partner and typically arrive within 5-7 days, unless otherwise noted.
All other items ship from my home studio.
Shipping times vary, but are approximately 3-5 days for USPS First Class Mail and 2-3 days for USPS Priority Mail in the US. We do not offer International Shipping at this time but hope to soon!
